Tessa is an established strength & conditioning coach, working with Paralympic athletes for over 15 years. She was a high-performance athlete at the University of Calgary, and completed both her undergraduate and graduate programs there. Her research interests include biomechanics and muscle physiology, with research focused on para athletes and individuals with Cerebral Palsy. Currently, she is the Performance Science Advisor for the Canadian Paralympic Committee after a decade long career as a strength coach with the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta.
This is a passion project, to ensure easy access to strength programs for athletes wanting to continue training.
