 Exercises focus on upper body and core mechanics, and can be done supported.

  • All exercises can be done in a preferred position (including kneeling, seated or lying on the floor).
  • Grip aids can be used as needed
  • Virtual support is available to help with modifications and questions.
  • Your choice on which equipment to use, whether its bands, cables, dumbbells or machines.

This program is intended for individuals who do not primarily access their lower limbs, have very limited balance, or want to focus strength training in the upper body.  Programs are 2 days per week, and will take approximately 45min to complete
