Standing Assisted program

 

Exercises focus on full body mechanics, and can be done supported

  • These can be done in any preferred position (including standing, kneeling or seated).
  • Exercises can be done unilaterally (one-side), or bi-lateral with different weights.
  • Your choice on which equipment you use, whether its bands, cables, dumbbells or machines
  • Virtual support is available to help with modifications

This program is intended for individuals who want to target all muscle groups, and need some (or no) balance support.  There are 2strength days programmed, and takes approximately 45-60min to complete.
